Strong and Steady

Strong and Steady provides a fun and friendly environment where you can work closely with a qualified instructor to help develop your strength and balance.

Attending these sessions on a regular basis is proven to improve your confidence, balance and mobility.



Nordic Walking

  • Do you want to improve your posture and breathing?
  • Ever considered ways of boosting your heart rate and overall fitness levels?

Nordic Walking could be the activity for you!

Nordic Walking takes place at Bouskell Park every Tuesday from 1:30-2:30pm.

Learn Nordic Walking in a friendly and welcoming environment whilst enjoying wonderful scenery and wildlife.

Chair Based Exercise

Chair Based Exercise is a variety of exercises to improve aerobic fitness, muscular strength, mobility and flexibility. Our fully qualified instructor will adapt all exercises to meet the need of each individual.


Walks

Weekly walks provide a great opportunity to meet new people, get active and explore a variety of scenic routes in your area.
